The University of Nevada Athletics department is recruiting for an Account Representative. The Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) ticketing sales staff is responsible for building and strengthening customer relations, customer acquisition, and maximizing ticket sales and donations. Positions establish, maintain and enrich customer relations through managing daily inbound calls, email communication, online chat communication, and in-person meetings. Positions contribute to outbound sales effort as needed to maximize revenue, execute sales strategies and cultivate relationships. All ticketing sales staff are responsible for specific donor and season ticketholder accounts as it relates to customer service and sales.

The position is responsible for selling any and all ICA inventory as assigned by senior management.
