The Department of Athletics is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team with the opportunity for growth and expansion, while working with administrative units and varsity programs as well as other university departments and partners, suppliers, and service providers. You will be working cohesively and collaboratively with department administration by initiating and monitoring all financial transactions related to various sport programs and administrative units. These include expense reports, purchase orders, p-card transactions, travel card transactions, etc. In addition, you will provide support for other financial functions for these programs such as reporting and resolving other business inquiries.

The expected pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
