Responsible for assisting the Head Coach with personnel and their responsibilities, budgeting, scheduling, travel, meals recruiting, scouting, purchase and care of equipment, coaching, giving appropriate direction to student-athletes as it relates to academics, while adhering to all ACC, NCAA, Athletics Department, and University rules and regulations. In keeping with the University policy for equal opportunity and pluralism, the coach will provide a climate and culture that brings together and promotes through education for all individuals without regard to their background, race, origin, gender, culture, religion, beliefs, or physical or mental abilities.
Responsible for assisting the Head Coach in implementing policies and guidelines for all beach volleyball personnel and student-athletes, design academic guidelines for student-athletes within the framework of NCAA, ACC, Athletics Department and University rules and regulations.
Responsible for assisting the Head Coach in determining scope and purpose of the beach volleyball program. Assists with establishing and implementing recruiting, academic, athletic, and community service policies for student-athletes. Assists with beach volleyball summer camp. Provides training and guidance as appropriate. Privy to confidential information including player medical records.
Internal business contact for this position may include contact with sports information, facilities marketing, Seminole Boosters, game operations, academics, sports medicine, equipment, student services, and compliance staffs. Public contact for this position may include public speaking to various booster groups, alumni, university community members, media, and recruits and their family.

Bachelor's degree and one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above. Successful experience as a graduate assistant or intern in an athletic program is acceptable for up to one year of the required experience.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience coaching beach volleyball.
