This position is responsible for various aspects of departmental accounting and internal control functions/procedures in accordance with
NCAA
, West Coast Conference, University and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise independent judgment and decision making authority, while also being able to interpret and apply complicated rules and regulations. This position collaborates with other units in the department and within the University and establishes and maintains positive and productive working relationships with these units, coaches, staff and administrators as well as with outside organizations, groups and individuals.
The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $53,725 – $55,418. The internal full salary range is $53,725 – $72,686.

Coordinate and oversee the Athletics Business Operations portion of the Official Visit Student-Host Money Request process. Maintain petty cash; ensure compliance with NCAA, WCC and university rules and regulations
Maintain record keeping and reporting system for departmental inventory system in coordination with other university departments.
Facilitate various aspects of Athletics sport camp procedures including contract preparation, background check processing, expense tracking and LLC invoicing.
Facilitate Athletics ticket audit/reconciliation process in coordination with Athletics Ticket Operations.
