Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on high school and transfer portal prospects to determine their value for addition to our football team. Responsible for organizing and maintaining a communication data system that utilizes all electronic and written methods to organize the data, reports and information on high school & transfer portal prospects. Responsible to correspond to all schools and prospects and create a master file on all prospects and all information communicated and gathered on the prospect during the evaluation and recruitment process.

Responsible for creating and maintaining a high school and junior college database that includes the distribution and collection of questionnaires, subscribing and gathering of recruiting publications and processing and filing of video tapes.

Responsible for identifying top prospects at each position and helping determine which coaches will be responsible for recruiting those prospects. Coordinate the process of developing a travel calendar for all coaches to ensure all prospects are identified early in the recruiting process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four years experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to eight years. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
