Position Function:

Apply NowEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience with analytics and digital marketing in a collegiate athletics or professional sports setting.
• Demonstrate experience in extracting, manipulating, analyzing, interpreting and documenting complex sets of data with statistical and data visualization software (SQL).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrate strong research methods, statistical, and data visualization experience.
• This position requires advanced knowledge of software systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, Paciolan, etc.
• Demonstrate ability to work with multiple data sources, including management platforms.
• Demonstrate ability to explain, advocate, and express facts and ideas in a convincing manner.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Frequent external imposed deadlines set and revised beyond one’s control; interruptions influence priorities; difficult to anticipate nature or volume of work with certainty beyond a few days; meeting of deadlines and coordination of unrelated activities are key to position; involves conflict-resolution or similar interactions involving emotional issues or stress on a regular basis.
• Occasionally requires lifting, bending, or other physical exertion. Often, it involves exposure to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dirt, chemicals, etc.
• Job frequently requires walking, standing, lifting, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and handling objects with hands.
• Requires handling of heavy weight objects up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis and on occasion up to 150 lbs.
• Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
