Position will facilitate long-term strategic planning, manage the staff, and oversee daily business operations in the Accounting area for Nebraska Athletics. Responsibilities will be oversight of contracts including contract review, management of private air charter operations, oversight and management of the wheel club program, review and approval of all employee expense reports and group travel card transactions, performing internal audits, developing systems and processes for Athletics, and other related duties. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, plus five years professional experience accounting/budget, or closely related field required. Experience must demonstrate strong analytical skills, strong computer skills including Excel and Access, and excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence.
