Summary
Function: Lead the UTSA Athletics Ticket Sales and Services team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer ticket sales and service. Responsible for development and implementation of successful strategies for ticket sales for all ticketed sports and home events.
Scope: Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Athletics Resource Development, responsible for the organization, management and administration of the ticket sales and services team, in support of the goals and objectives of UTSA’s 17-sport NCAA Division I athletics program.
