This position will provide high-level and confidential support to the Head Football Coach and manage multiple special projects across all phases, from initiation to completion relating to the Head Coach’s goals and needs. This position will deliver executive level duties such as; planning schedules, frequent complicated travel arrangements, monitoring and organizing schedules and departmental activities. It will serve as a liaison on behalf of the Head Football Coach’s various communication needs. The position will also create and manage varying events throughout the year ensuring that the Head Football coach’s goals are delivered. They will greet and assist highly placed individuals from the media, recruits, community, and university. This role will also provide Football Operations with support and management of daily office needs. Bachelors in Business or related field and 3 years work experience with executive or senior management administrative support capacity. Advanced proficiency in computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and e-mail/personal information manager. Excellent or and written communication skills.
