Office of Athletic Programs
$15.00 per hour
Responsible for researching, entering and maintaining donor data in the donor management system (Raiser’s Edge), auditing the integrity of that data and communication of any biographical information changes to central development to be inputted into the University’s data management system (Banner). Responsible for entering the daily receipt of any sports restricted gifts, any Catamount Club donations (checks, cash, credit cards), online giving, matching gifts and gift-in-kind, stock gifts, payroll deduction and running daily proof reports for each gift batch and completing the gift processing procedures to complete the necessary cash or credit gift reports. Assist in the coordination of all internal gift processing reports to central development and communication to the entire Catamount Club staff. Responsible for developing reports for annual renewal solicitations and other reporting needs that support Catamount Club activities. Responsible for cash, check and credit card deposit reports and reconciliations for Catamount Athletics. Responsible for checking gift receipts from the Controller’s office and sending a credit card reconciliation to the Endowment Accountant, retrieving and batching web credit card gifts (Touchnet) into a credit report in preparation for gift entry, and completing various administrative tasks as needed. Work Schedule: 20-25 hours per week.
Associates Degree and office environment experience.
