Responsibilities

Assists the Head Coach in the design of appropriate player development plans and training sessions for current players.

Assists the Head Coach with all opposition scouting video and reports.

Responsible for supporting the Head Coach in the acquisition and analysis of recruiting video.

Responsible in assisting the Head Coach with all recruiting activities per NCAA rules. This includes visits, the player acquisition process, and onboarding assistance.

Responsible for connecting/maintaining relationships with club and HS coaches.

Assist in the development, organization, and execution of all camps / clinics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
