Description of Work

Provide office support for Nebraska Football. Duties include reception and phones, coordinating mailings and distribute incoming mail and office correspondence to the appropriate staff member, keep office supplies stocked and order when needed, assist with event planning, and other duties as assigned. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Minimum Required Qualifications

High School or equivalent and 4 years secretarial or other relevant experience in college football; equivalent education/experience considered. Work history will show ability to provide office support for multiple staff members; excellent communication and strong organizational skills; computer knowledge.
