Northwestern Oklahoma State University officials have announced the promotion of two longtime Rangers, Brad Franz and Calleb Mosburg. Franz has been named vice president for athletics, moving from his role as director of athletics. Mosburg has been named vice president for student services and enrollment management, previously serving as dean for student services and enrollment management.
