Pont named UAA acting Athletic Director
University of Alaska Anchorage interim chancellor Cheryl Siemers announced Friday that Tanya Pont has been named acting director of athletics, effective immediately. Pont replaces former athletic director Ryan Swartwood, who recently accepted the same role at California State University Northridge.
