SPARTANBURG, S.C. — USC Upstate Athletics has named Scott Smith as the new Assistant Athletics Director for Video and Digital Strategy. Smith will lead the department's video production, creative content and digital storytelling efforts while strengthening the Spartans' brand presence across social media, in-venue productions and digital platforms.
