Position Summary:

The Director of Player Development for women’s basketball will assist the Head Coach and the women’s basketball staff in all aspects of coaching, on-campus recruiting, and operations for the program in accordance with NCAA, American Athletic Conference, and University rules and regulations.This position will provide on-court assistance to the staff for all individual and group workouts and team practices.It will also assist with breaking down and analyzing opponents as well as providing self-analysis for the team.

Workplace Requirements:

This position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties to be performed in-person on campus during both regular office hours, mornings, nights, and weekends as team schedule requires. This position will require regular travel. PerRice policy 440, work arrangements may be subject to change.

Proposed Hiring Range: Commensurate with experience and education.

*Exempt (salaried) positions underFLSA are not eligible for overtime.
